I'll ease my way back into the blogging fold with a recommendation, some food for thought from Juan Cole, entitled 'Sarah Palin, meet Mahmoud Ahmadinejad - You two right-wing populists have a surprising amount in common'. Regrettably, political destruction is not one of these similarities.
