The United States of Outer Space
According to the
revised Space Policy by the US Government:
The United States will preserve its rights, capabilities, and freedom of action in space... and deny, if necessary, adversaries the use of space capabilities hostile to US national interests..
The policy also openly states the use of spy satellites (no big surprises here) in the interest of national security. To be honest, a "space policy" doesn't have to mean shit to anyone. If China decided to fly some of their own spy satellites up there to have a peek at America, what ya gonna do? Send them a letter telling them how angry you are?
Yea, I didn't think so.
